AVAILABILITY

Some bearings listed on data sheets may not be in inventory. Some may require a minimum order, and delivery could range from 3 to 6 weeks. Check with KMS for item availability and delivery.

Net pricing is based on pricing level (distributor, OEM, or end user) and quantity.

RETURNS

Standard Products may be returned within thirty days (30 days) of invoice date only after prior written approval and RGA number has been assigned. All goods to be returned prepaid and in resale condition. A 15% restocking charge will apply. Custom Made to order bearings are non-cancelable five days after receipt of order. Bearings are non-returnable unless they do not meet approved drawing specifications. Customer must report discrepancies within 30 days from receipt of shipment.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are subject to special conditions: we reserve the right to ship
+/- 10% of the quantity ordered and the right to refuse return for credit.

WARRANTY

Load ratings and speeds, where recommended in the catalog, have been based on experience in relating laboratory over-speed endurance test with field experience and should assure satisfactory operation in most applications. Bearing performance should be thoroughly evaluated either on a prototype or actual working unit for bearing performance, loading, noise and vibration characteristics.

KMS bearings are manufactured to generally considered normal commercial tolerances and if properly applied should provide satisfactory operation. Our warranty covers the products only as to materials and workmanship. In the event that defect in workmanship or materials is found within 30 days of the shipment, the extent of KMSí liability will be replacement of product only.

Since the bearing is only a component of the unit and since satisfactory bearing performance is dependent upon the design parameters of the unit in which it is used and over which KMS has no control, the suitability of the correct KMS bearing is the responsibility of the customer.
