STANDARD BEARINGS

CUSTOM BEARINGS
Custom built bearings made from Plastic and 316 stainless materials. Types include Thin section, Pulley ball bearings, and Integrated bearing assemblies.
MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum order is $50.00. To establish an open account inside U.S.A., initial order minimum $250.00.
AVAILABILITY
Some bearings listed on data sheets may not be in inventory. Some may require a minimum order, and delivery could range from 3 to 6 weeks. Check with KMS for item availability and delivery.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts are based on pricing level (distributor, OEM, or end user) and quantity.
PAYMENT TERMS
Inside U.S.A.: Credit card or Net 30 days on open accounts. Outside of U.S.A.: Wire transfer (service charge may apply depending on value of order) or Credit Card.
SHIPPING
Shipments within U.S.A.: F.O.B. Anaheim, California U.S.A. Shipments outside U.S.A.: Ex-Works, Anaheim, California,U.S.A.
RETURNS
Standard Products: Standard Products may be returned within thirty days (30 days) of invoice date only after prior written approval and RGA number has been assigned. All goods are to be returned prepaid and in salable condition. A 15% restocking charge will apply.
Custom Made: Custom made to order bearings are non-cancelable five days after receipt of order. Bearings are non-returnable unless they do not meet approved drawing specifications. Customer must report discrepancies within 30 days from receipt of shipment and must obtain prior written approval and RGA number.
CUSTOM BEARING PRODUCTION
KMS reserves the right to ship +/- 10% of the quantity ordered.
WARRANTY
Load ratings and speeds, where recommended in the catalog, have been based on experience in relating laboratory over-speed endurance tests with field experience and should assure satisfactory operation in most applications. Bearing performance should be thoroughly evaluated either on a prototype or actual working unit for bearing performance, loading, noise and vibration characteristics. KMS bearings are manufactured to generally considered normal commercial tolerances and if properly applied should provide satisfactory operation. Our warranty covers materials and workmanship only. In the event that a defect in workmanship or materials is found within 30 days from receipt of the shipment, the extent of KMS’ liability will be replacement of the product only. Since the bearing is only a component of the unit and satisfactory bearing performance is dependent upon the design parameters of the unit in which it is used, the suitability of the correct KMS bearing is the responsibility of the customer.
